Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the radio equipment in its original manufacturer packaging, including all antennas, batteries, chargers, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality and completeness, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
